    Extraordinary staff make a difference

    The staff at Divan Erbil. Jareer and Safwan from the restaurant were especially attentive and constantly checked if I needed anything. It reminded me of home! The spacious room offered a peaceful retreat after busy days.

    Some essential toiletries were missing, like toothbrushes and loofahs. I found the breakfast charges a bit excessive, as most hotels include it.

    Extremely comfy bed in the superior queen room, plus an electronic key card, coffee/tea making facilities, and a TV. Perfect and marvellous location short walk to the various restaurants and bars, and Sami Abd Al-Rahman park in a beautiful area. Plus, close to Sakura park.

    The one-bedroom apartment was very nice, super cozy for my family. Special shoutout to Nadine and Arshad for making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Just wish breakfast was included without extra charges. Fantastic experience!

    The one-bedroom apartment was like heaven, spacious and cozy for my family, ensuring everyone felt at home. Especially Nadine and Arshad, were excellent in their support. The dining experience was great with high-quality food that delighted everyone in our group.

    Secure hotel in an awesome area really close to a great park with a running track and the various restaurants and bars that night and the coming days and the conference centre. A nice size rooms with bath tub! Extensive and fresh made breakfast - a great selection of meals.

    The search process at check-in is ludacris, and it seemed like the staff was doing me a favor by letting me stay. When I asked for a simple room upgrade as a courteous gesture, I was met with blank stares. The excessive detergent smell on the sheets ruined my sleep, just couldn't possibly recommend. Regretfully, expectations were not met.
